Men's Hockey Adds Brendan Ross To The 2025-26 Roster

Ross spent his freshman season with the Alaska Fairbanks Nanooks.

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Providence College men's hockey has added transfer Brendan Ross (Calgary, Alta.) to the roster for the 2025-26 season. Ross joins the Friars with three years of eligibility remaining after signing an athletic aid agreement to attend Providence College.
 
The 6-foot-3, 195-pound forward tallied 14 points on three goals and 11 assists with Alaska Fairbanks in 2024-25, skating in 31 games with the Nanooks.  He started his collegiate career by picking up an assist in his first-career game vs. Penn State on Oct. 5, 2024 and logged his first multi-point game in a 6-4 win at Union on Nov. 9, 2024, scoring one goal and adding two assists for three points.
 
Prior to Alaska, Ross spent three seasons with the Blackfalds Bulldogs (AJHL/BCHL) where he amassed 162 total points on 73 goals and 89 assists in 167 career games. His best season came in 2023-24 where he totaled 47 goals and 48 assists for 95 points in 68 games played with Blackfalds.
