JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Providence College Friars competed in the NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Track and Field East Preliminary competition on Friday, May 30 at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Fla.
Friar graduate student
Pat Thygesen (Brisbane, Australia) ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase quarterfinal in a time of 9:12.62 and placed 39
th.

Alex Millard (Kent, England), who will toe the line in the 5,000 meters on Saturday at 8:10 p.m.
