Emerald Coast Classic Women's Basketball Tournament Tickets On Sale

The Friars will compete at the second annual Emerald Coast Classic on November 24-25.
NICEVILLE, FLA. — Tickets for the second annual Emerald Coast Classic women's college basketball tournament, presented by Global Sports, will go on sale at 12:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, Sept. 11 on the official tournament website www.emeraldcoastclassic.com
Tickets start at $20 per session which includes two games.
Games will be played Nov. 24-25 which will be held at Raider Arena on the campus of Northwest Florida State College.
Championships will be determined in two brackets. Mississippi State, Providence, Middle Tennessee State and Alcorn State will play in the Bay Bracket. Nebraska, Virginia, Northwestern State and Purdue Fort Wayne comprise the Beach Bracket.
Providence will face Middle Tennessee State in a semifinal round game of the Bay Bracket at 11 a.m. central time on Monday, Nov. 24, while Mississippi State will play Alcorn State at 1:30 p.m. The third-place game will be played at 11 a.m. on Tuesday Nov. 25 with the championship game scheduled for a 1:30 p.m. tip off on that Tuesday.
Opening round games in Beach Bracket on that Monday feature Nebraska playing Purdue Fort Wayne at 5 p.m. with Virginia meeting Northwestern State in a 7:30 p.m. tip. The third-place game will start at 5 p.m. on Tuesday Nov. 25 with the championship game slated for 7:30 p.m.
Mississippi State posted a 22-12 record last season, while advancing to the second round of the 2025 NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament. Nebraska went 21-12, while also competing in the 2025 NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament. Middle Tennessee State recorded a 26-8 mark in 2024-25 and played in the 2025 WBIT.
Alabama and Creighton captured titles in the Bay Bracket and Beach Brackets, respectively, in the 2024 inaugural Emerald Coast Classic.
