Providence College Athletics Announces The Concannon Revenue Share Challenge

All gifts made to men’s basketball revenue share will be matched up to $250,000.
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Providence College Athletics announced that Bill Concannon '77, '08P and Claudia Concannon '08P will match the next $250,000 in men's basketball revenue share donations. This announcement comes after the Calabria Revenue Share Challenge unlocked $500,000 for men's basketball revenue share thanks to the generosity of Board of Trustee member, Joseph Calabria '65, '93P, and his wife, Sugar '93P.
All gifts to Men's Basketball Revenue Share will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $250,000, until the end of the calendar year ending on December 31, 2025. The Concannon Revenue Share Challenge will help fuel Providence College Athletics' commitment to leading the charge in revenue share resources for men's basketball student-athletes.
"Friartown's momentum and passion are stronger than ever," Athletic Director Steve Napolillo said. "We're grateful to Bill and Claudia Concannon for their generosity, ensuring our student-athletes have the resources needed to compete at the highest level."
As of July 1st, NCAA regulations now allow supporters to make tax-deductible gifts to support our student-athletes directly.
