PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Providence College men's lacrosse player
Cam Sterritt (Brampton, Ont.) was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll for the second time this season on Monday, Feb. 23.
Sterritt recorded a career-high 18 saves on a .692 save percentage in the Friars' overtime loss (8-7) to Brown on Saturday, Feb. 21. The sophomore goalie has started in all four games for Providence this season and registered 58 saves on a .598 save percentage. Sterritt leads the BIG EAST in saves per game (14.50) and ranks second in save percentage (.598) and goals against average (9.68). He also ranks fourth among NCAA DI players in saves per game and seventh in save percentage.
UP NEXT… The Friars will host Fairfield on Saturday, Feb. 28. Face-off is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. on Chapey Field at Anderson Stadium in Providence, R.I. The game will be broadcast on ESPN+.
