Softball’s Sofia Peterson Earns BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll

The senior helped the Friars go 4-1 on the week

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – It was announced today, March 16, that Providence College softball student-athlete Sofia Peterson was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll following strong offensive performances against Stonehill and Creighton. The senior started all five games and hit .643, recording two doubles and two home runs while driving in eight RBI. She also posted a .632 on-base percentage and finished the weekend with a 1.214 slugging percentage.
