A Recap From The Athletic Director’s Cup Presented By Rossi Electric

Supporters had the opportunity to play golf at one of the top-ranked courses in Rhode Island.
PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The fourth annual Athletics Director's Cup, presented by Rossi Electric, was held at Misquamicut Club in Westerly, R.I. on Wednesday, May 13. Proceeds from the tournament directly support Providence College Athletics, helping advance the department's top fundraising priorities and strengthening the student-athlete experience.
This year's event featured a pre-golf lunch generously sponsored by SERVPRO, followed by a competitive 18-hole round on one of Rhode Island's premier courses. The day concluded with a post-golf reception where Athletic Director Steve Napolillo addressed attendees alongside men's ice hockey Head Coach Nate Leaman. Providence College Athletics Chief Financial Officer, John Sweeney, also shared remarks, expressing gratitude for the continued generosity of the Friar Family.
"We would like to give a huge thank you to the Misquamicut Club, John Ciacciarelli of Rossi Electric and Joe Tutsch of SERVPRO for their tremendous support," Napolillo said. "As we celebrate the fourth year of the Athletics Director's Cup, I'm incredibly grateful to the Friar Family for continuing to stand with us at such a high level. The proceeds from this outing will directly elevate our programs, ensuring we continue to provide an exceptional experience for our student-athletes."
