As a Junior: DeLago studied abroad during the fall semester…Placed seventh in the 100 scm backstroke (1:11.23) and third in the 100 butterfly (1:07.33) against Maine…Placed 11th in the 200 yard backstroke (2:17.71) at the tri-meet against Georgetown and Seton Hall…DeLago qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in Geneva, Ohio, and competed in the 100 butterfly, 100 backstroke, and 200 backstroke.
As a Freshman: Placed fifteenth in the 100-yard butterfly (1:02.26) and seventh in the 100-yard backstroke (1:03.28) at the New England Catholic Invitational… Placed fourth in the 200scm backstroke (2:27.04) and first in the 100-scm butterfly (1:07.02) against Bryant on October 21…Placed third in 200 yard butterfly (2:13.95) and second in the 100 yard butterfly (1:01.98) at Seton Hall on October 29… At the Harold Anderson Invitational in November, DeLago was a member of the twelfth place 200-yard freestyle relay, the fifth place 200-yard medley relay, place third in the 100-yard butterfly (58.79), sixth place in the 100-yard backstroke (59.89), and third in the 200-yard butterfly (2:10.22)...Was a member of the second place 400-scm medley relay against Georgetown on February 12, as well as the first place winner in the 200-scm butterfly (2:29.83)….DeLago qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 100 butterfly(58.73), 200 butterfly(2:12.11), and 200 backstroke(2:08.85).
