Heidi Gilkenson started at Providence College as Administrative Assistant for Athletic Development in January of 2023.  

In her role, she provides secretarial and administrative support to the office of Institutional Advancement and Athletics and the Sr. Assistant Vice President/Associate AD for External Relations. She also provides auxiliary support to the offices of athletic marketing and the college ticket office.  

Before joining PC, Gilkenson worked at Rhode Island Housing as the administrative assistant for its mediation coordinator. She also served as a receptionist at Equity National Title. 

Gilkenson graduated from Jefferson University with a bachelor's degree in marketing.  

Gilkenson and her husband have two daughters and two sons.
