Providence will host Hockey East Opponent Merrimack at 7:00 p.m. on Dec. 11 at Schneider Arena.

Last time out...

Providence was defeated by Hockey East opponent, Boston University, 6-0.
The Friars allowed two power play goals.
Madison Myers made 26 saves in the outing.
The Friars were shut out in the game, the first time since Oct. 25 at Northeastern.

SCOUTING THE Warriors...

The Merrimack College Warriors currenty hold a 2-16-0 (1-9-0 WHEA) record in the program's inaugural season.
The Warriors are led by Paige Voight, who has registered 12 points this season on five goals and seven assists.
Voight is also the leading scorer for the Warriors, with five goals.
Jackie Pieper leads Merrimack in power play goals, with two.
Merrimack posts a 14.8% conversion rate on the power play and a 66.7% success rate on the penalty kill.
Samantha Ridgewell leads the way for Merrimack between the pipes, spending 675:09 minutes in net, with a .913 save percentage and 3.20 goals against average.
Ridgewell is credited with both program wins.
Merrimack has won two games this season, against Hockey East opponent, New Hampshire, and ECAC opponent, Colgate.
