Providence Women Finish 20th At NCAA Outdoor Track Championship

EUGENE, Ore. - The Providence College women's track team finished 20th at the NCAA Track and Field Championships on June 10-13. A total of 68 teams scored on the women's side.
The Friars collected 10 points with graduate-student Emily Sisson's NCAA title in the 5,000-meters. Providence concluded the championship as the highest placed track and field team in the BIG EAST, while the Villanova men and women and Marquette men each finished 51st.
