Providence College women's track sophomore Brianna Ilarda (Perth, Australia) competed in the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship tonight in Eugene, Ore. (June 11).
In her first NCAA Championship appearance, Ilarda placed 10th in the women's 3,000-meter steeplechase final in a time of 10:07.80. With the 10th-place finish, Ilarda earned Second Team All-America honors. The honor marks the first All-America accolade for the sophomore.
