The school's split the meet, with the Providence Men taking down the Black Bears 177-111, while the Maine women came out on top with a score of 161.5-133.5.
Jerod Magazine helped kick off the dominating performance
Following Magazine's winning start, Sebastian Melendez refused to be beaten today. Melendez took first place in all of his events today including the 200-meter freestyle (1:57.09), the 100-meter freestyle (53.48), and the 100-meter butterfly (59.04). He finished the day by leading off the 200-meter freestyle relay team where he was joined by Charlie Sabaitis, Joshua Southren, and Patrick Brannigan to bring home another first place finish for the Friars (1:38.12).
On the women's side, the Seniors led the way. Once again, Kendall Jerzyk was dominant on the diving boards. She took first in both the 1-meter (265.42) and the 3-meter (267.15) dive.
