DURHAM, N.H. – The Providence College women's hockey topped the University of New Hampshire, 1-0, on Sunday afternoon in Durham, N.H.

GAME FLOW & NOTES
- New Hampshire held the edge in shots (55-46) and shots on goal (30-19).
- Neither team was able to convert on its power play chances. Providence finished 0-3 and UNH finished 0-4.
- Maureen Murphy (Buffalo, N.Y.) put the Friars ahead 1-0 at the 15:26 mark of the third period. She crashed the net and buried a rebound for the lone goal of the game. The goal was her sixth of the season.
- Sara Hjalmarsson (Bankeryd, Sweden) and Christina Putigna (Grimsby, Ontario) recorded the assists on the play. Hjalmarsson's assist is her third of the season, while Putigna's was her first.
