PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Providence College women's soccer team finished in a 3-3 tie with the Creighton University Bluejays (4-7-3, 1-3-2 BIG EAST) on Oct. 11 in Providence, R.I. The Friars moved to a 4-4-3 overall record and 1-2-2 in BIG EAST play. Ella McBride (Peterborough, Ont.), Courtnee Pickles (Methuen, Mass.) and Kristin Middaugh (Lanchester, N.Y.) each scored for the Friars.

• Creighton started the scoring in the fifth minute (4:36) when Tior Gillis found the back of the net and gave the Bluejays a 1-0 lead.
• Under a minute later (5:25), Providence was awarded a penalty shot after Isabella Kloock-Jensen (Aabenraa, Denmark) drew a foul in the box. Ella McBride (Peterborough, Ont.) scored the chance to tie the game, 1-1.
• In the 38th minute of action (37:00), Creighton regained the lead, 2-1, when Anna Bragg scored from inside the box. Her goal was assisted by Jalen Chaney and Ella Offer.
