OKATIE, S.C. – The Providence College women's golf team completed the 2026 BIG EAST Women's Golf Championships at Callawassie Island Club in Okatie, S.C. The Friars placed seventh overall with a team score of 1,005 (+141). Sophomore
Gwendolyn Yarnall (East Aurora, N.Y.) was the top finisher for the Friars, placing 25th overall with a score of 235 (+19).

Xavier won the team title with a score of 871 (+7), while Xavier's Madison Reemsnyder won the individual title with a score of 209 (-7) over three rounds. Providence recorded a 342 in the opening round, a 328 in the second round and closed with a 335 in the final round.
Yarnall and freshman
Myla Bisceglia (Rye, N.Y.) recorded six birdies each over the course of three rounds. Yarnall closed the season with six top-25 finishes this season.
