Providence College (1-1-2) - Providence looks to get back on track against No. 3 Harvard on Tuesday, November 11 at 7:00 p.m. at Schneider Arena. The Friars are coming off a tough, 7-2, loss to No. 2 ranked Dartmouth on Friday, October 31. With an 11 day lay-off between games, due to the Four Nations Cup, Providence is ready to get back in action. The Friars are led in scoring this season by junior Rush Zimmerman (Grosse Pointe, Mich.) with six points (three goals, three assists). Seniors Kelli Halcisak (Grosse Ile, Mich.) and Darlene Stephenson (Virden, Manitoba) are second and third in scoring with five points (one goal, four assists) and four points (three goals, one assist), respectively. Freshman Kristin Gigliotti (Sauquoit, N.Y.) tallied her first collegiate point in the Dartmouth game on October 31 as she assisted on Zimmerman's power-play goal. Sophomore goaltender Jana Bugden (Corner Brook, Newfoundland) has played all but nine minutes so far this season for the Friars and has posted a 2.49 goals against average and an .880 save percentage. This weekend the Friars continue to battle the ECAC as they host Yale on Saturday, Novmeber 15 at 2:00 p.m. at Schneider Arena before traveling to Princeton, N.J. to take on the Tigers on Sunday, November 16 also at 2:00 p.m.

Harvard University (2-0-0) - After reaching the finals of the Frozen Four last season, Harvard opened their season this past weekend with two victories against Division I newcomer Union College. The Crimson shutout the Dutchwomen, 13-0, on Friday, November 7 and 11-0 on Saturday, November 8. With senior Angela Ruggiero and freshman Julie Chu in Sweden, helping the US National team win a gold medal at the Four Nations Cup, Harvard was led by junior Nicole Corriero who tallied 16 points on nine goals and seven assists. Sophomore Ali Boe and freshman Emily Vitt took turns in the net each earing a shutout and a victory. Head coach Katey Stone is in her nineth season at Harvard and has a career record of 171-92-9.
