Volleyball Heads To Quinnipiac

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Providence College volleyball team (4-22) looks to snap a four-match skid as it heads to Quinnipiac University (5-14) for a 7:00 p.m. contest on Wednesday, October 26. The Quinnipiac GameTracker link is not active.

The Friars are led by senior captains Annie Fiorvanti (Northport, N.Y.) and Allison Baker (Glastonbury, Conn.). Already having posted the fifth-highest career assist figure in school history, Fiorvanti has tallied a team-leading 612 assists (6.58 per game) so far this season. She also has 256 digs (2.75 per game) and 141 kills (1.52 per game).

Baker has totaled a team-best 324 kills (3.45 per game) to go along with 214 digs (2.28 per game). Freshman Amanda Little (Ballston Lake, N.Y.) leads the team with 501 digs (5.33 per game), a figure that ranks among the top-30 nationally in Division I.
