Providence, R.I. - Providence College Women's Soccer Head Coach Jim McGirr has announced the incoming class for the 2006 season. His first recruiting class at Providence, the Class of 2010 is composed of nine student-athletes from the East Coast.

I've found all of that in these nine girls, as well as a great deal of personality and eagerness to learn. There is no doubt in my mind that this class will add great depth to our team. Most of the girls are attacking-minded players who will be able to help us in areas where we struggled last season. They are a very soccer-educated group and come from well-rounded backgrounds.
