Fletcher led the league in points per set (4.69) and blocks per set (1.17), while finishing second in hitting percentage (.332), fourth in kills per set (3.69) and seventh in aces per set (0.30). Fletcher was the only player in the conference to rank in the top-10 in five statistical categories.

Fletcher led Providence in kills, hitting percentage and blocks for the second-straight season. She earned first team All-Independent honors as a sophomore. She was named America East Player of the Week on September 7. She is joined on the second team by Laurie Gonzalez (Albany), Lindsay Ford (Hartford), Kami Nethersole (Hartford), Allie Spaay (UMBC), Sara Heldman (New Hampshire) and Amy Keding (New Hampshire). The first team honorees included Teresa Coppiellie (Albany), Casey Wright (Albany), Anna Lejina (Binghamton), Michelle McDonough (Binghamton), Sabrina Hoeks (UMBC), Ashley Headen (Stony Brook) and Alicia Nelson (Stony Brook).
