Softball And Volleyball Host Second Annual Bowling Classic

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - On Sunday, Nov. 16 the Providence College softball and volleyball programs teamed up to host the second annual Softball and Volleyball Bowling Classic. The event took place at East Providence Lanes in Rumford, R.I. Over 200 alumni, parents, faculty, staff and friends were in attendance. The event featured bowling along with a raffle and silent auction prizes.

The event raised over $13,000. The Funds from the event will benefit both the softball and volleyball programs along with the Allan Baker '74 Student-Athlete Educational Fund, in honor of former Friar great Allan Baker '74, `06P.
