SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - The Providence College women's volleyball team competed in its final match of the 2015 season, falling in straight sets to Seton Hall (25-18, 25-23, 25-22). The Friars finish the season with a 10-22 overall record (1-17 BIG EAST) and the Pirates improve to 14-16 (8-10 BIG EAST).
Kayla Johnson (Silver Spring, Md.) led the Friars and registered a season high in kills, with 16. Marina Rose (Coventry, Conn.) collected 12 kills in the match. Together, Johnson and Rose, combined for 28 of the Friars' 38 kills.
Michelle Cruz (Midland Park, N.J.) added 16 digs in the match and Jordan Wiesler (Coconut Creek, Fla.) recorded 10 digs.
Wiesler notched 26 of Providence's 35 assists in the match.
The match at Seton Hall marks the final match of the 2015 season for the Friars.
