Hadley Pride (Nashville, Tenn.) and sophomore outside hitter
Sophia Adkins (Cincinnati, Ohio) were named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll for volleyball.

Pride and Adkins helped lead the Friars to a 2-1 mark over the weekend, defeating Rhode Island (3-0) on September 5 and Brown (3-0) on September 6, and falling to Bryant (3-2) on September 6 to win the Ocean State Cup via a tiebreaker. Pride started the weekend with three aces and 10 digs against Rhode Island. She then recorded six assists and 17 digs in the Friars' win over Brown. To close out the weekend, she added two aces, five assists, and 24 digs. Pride currently leads the Friars with 107 digs and ranks first in the BIG EAST in digs/set (4.65). Adkins notched 16 kills, two aces, eight digs, and one block in the Friars' win over Rhode Island. She then had eight kills, eight digs, and one block against Brown. In PC's final match, Adkins recorded a career-high 23 kills, one ace, 11 digs, and one block. Adkins leads the team in kills with 80.
