PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Providence College men's golf team returns to action at the Ryan T. Lee Memorial on Saturday, Sept. 19 and Sunday, Sept. 20, at Ledgemont Country Club in Seekonk, Mass.

Play begins Saturday morning with the opening round starting at 7:30 a.m., followed by the second round in the afternoon. The third and final round will be played Sunday. The field includes 16 other schools:
Eastern Connecticut State, Fairleigh Dickinson, Le Moyne, Iona, Fairfield, Siena, Sacred Heart, Long Island, Cornell, New Haven, Fordham, Manhattan, Hofstra, Brown, Dartmouth and Bryant.
Ledgemont Country Club, designed by Alfred Tull, is a par 71 measuring 6,801 yards.
In the fall opener, the Friars played at the Doc Gimmler Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 12 at Bethpage State Park Red Course in Bethpage, N.Y. Sunday's third and final round was canceled due to weather. The Friars placed 12th overall with a team score of 578 (+18). Sophomore
Callan Fahey (Wheaton, Ill.) led Providence, tying for 21st at 142 (+2) while totaling six birdies across 36 holes. Senior
Evan Buddenhagen (Gloucester, Mass.), who played as an individual, also tied for 21st, matching his career-best result.
