As a Senior: Collected 112 points on the season ... Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 100y backstroke, 200y backstroke and the 200y IM ... Competed in the BIG EAST finals in the 100y backstroke, finishing 15th (53.61) and in the 200y backstroke, finishing 13th (1:58.26) ... Currently ranks 18th all-time at Providence with 532.25 total career points.As a Junior: Finished ninth on the team with 110.00 points ... Swam a personal best of 26.31in the 50y backstroke, 55.34 in the 100y backstroke and 2:00.30 in the 200y backstroke ... Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships ... Currently sits 26th all-time with 420.25 career points. As a Sophomore: Collected 117.50 points and two first-place finishes in the Harold Anderson Invitational in the 100y backstroke (53.87) and 200y backstroke (1:54.10)...Swam a personal best of 1:45.82 in the 200y freestyle and 25.56 in the 50y backstroke...Swam a team-best and second-best all-time 1:54.07 in the 200y backstroke...Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 200y freestyle, 100y backstroke and 200y backstroke...Currently sits 32nd all-time with 313.25 career points... As a Freshman: Saw first action against Lehigh on October 15, 2010...Scored the third most points (196.75) on the year (second most for the class of 2014)...Set the Friar season-best times in the 100m (1:03.28), 100y (54.13), 200m (2:15.80) and 200y (1:56.02) backstroke...Also helped set the team[apos]s season-best times in the 200m medley relay (1:52.48), 200y medley relay (1:38.15), 400y medley relay (3:34.23) and 800y free relay (7:08.08)...Qualified for and competed in the 800y free relay, 200y medley relay, 100y back, 400y medley relay and 200y back at the BIG EAST Championships.
High School: A member of the swimming team all four years...Played lacrosse his freshman year...Captained the swimming team in his senior year...Four-time All-Conference and All-County selection...Two-time All-Area selection...Helped guide his team to the State Sectional Finals.
Personal: Born June 4, 1992...Son of Debbie and Mike Savage...Has one sister, Becky, a senior at Trinity College...Accounting major and minoring in economics.
