Aimee Pardington began her career at Providence College as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for women’s ice hockey, softball, and women’s soccer in August of 2013.
She is responsible for designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for her respective teams. Pardington is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA.
Prior to her current position at Providence College, Pardington worked at Rutgers University (2007-13) and Brown University (2004-07) as a strength and conditioning coach.
Pardington graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2001, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in physical education. Pardington was a member of the women’s basketball team at the University of Rhode Island before transferring to Eastern Connecticut State University to continue her basketball career and finish her undergraduate education. She then received her Master of Education in applied exercise science degree from Springfield College in 2006.
Pardington is originally from Valley, Rhode Island.
