Women's Ice Hockey In National Poll

The Providence College women's ice hockey team held steady at No. 10 in the USCHO.com poll for the third week in a row.

It was a busy week in the USCHO.com poll as two teams moved up in the rankings and two teams moved down. Harvard climbed one spot to No. 2 with their 7-2 victory and 2-2 tie with No. 4 Minnesota-Duluth, while Mercyhurst climbed two spots to No. 7 after tying now third-ranked Dartmouth, 0-0. New Hampshire fell one spot to No. 8 after losing to No. 3 Dartmouth, 4-2, and No. 2 Harvard, 4-0.

Providence is currently on holiday break and will return to action on Saturday, January 3 and Sunday, January 4 in Mankato, Minn. as they take on Minnesota State in non-conference action.
