Recapping the Last Game
- Providence played UConn twice last weekend, going 1-0-1. The Friars and Huskies battled to a 3-3 tie on Friday (Nov. 22). 
Tyce Thompson led the Friars with two points on a goal and an assist.
- Providence came out strong on Saturday night at home (Nov. 23), downing UConn, 5-2. 
Craig Needham, 
Patrick Moynihan and 
Jack Dugan each tallied two points. 
Michael Lackey made 47 saves over the two games.
- With three points, the Friars moved into first place in the Hockey East standings.
 
Dynamic Duo
- Providence's 
Jack Dugan and 
Tyce Thompson are ranked first and second, respectively, in total point production so far this season. Dugan leads the nation with 29 total points on six goals and 23 assists. His 23 assists are also a nation-best. Thompson has 11 goals and 11 assists for 22 total points.
- In 14 games, Dugan has registered 11 multi-point outings.
