Recapping Last Weekend
- Providence went 0-1-1 last weekend, tying Colgate (3-3) and falling to Boston College (3-2).
- The Friars led 3-1 on Friday night against Colgate before two late goals from the Raiders evened the score. Three different Friars scored and
Jack Dugan picked up two assists.
Michael Lackey made a season-high 38 saves in net, as Providence played its third-consecutive overtime game at home.
- No. 15 Boston College bested the Friars on Saturday behind three second-period goals. Dugan and
Tyce Thompson buried power-play goals for Providence and
Michael Callahan notched assists on both. Lackey was again tested, making 36 saves.

- Providence's
Jack Dugan and
Tyce Thompson are ranked first and second, respectively, in total point production in the NCAA so far this season. Dugan leads the nation with 18 total points on five goals and 13 assists. His 13 assists is also a nation-best. Thompson has seven goals and seven assists for 14 total points.
- In eight games, Dugan has registered seven multi-point outings. Thompson has five multi-point games and seven games with at least one point.

Dugan Named Hockey East Player of the Month
- Dugan earned Hockey East's first Player of the Month honor on Nov. 1. He was a two-time Hockey East Rookie of the Month and a member of the league's All-Rookie Team last year as a freshman.
- Through just eight games, the sophomore forward is nearly halfway to his point total of last season (39). He's posted five goals and 13 assists for 18 points.

th best among the nation's freshmen, as he is averaging 1.12 points per game.

Michael Lackey has been outstanding so far in net for the Friars. He ranks 12

SERIES HISTORY VS. BOSTON UNIVERSITY
• The Friars and Terriers met three times in 2018-19, with the series finishing even at 1-1-1. Road teams won the first two meetings and the third finished as a 1-1 tie at Schneider Arena on Feb. 28.
• Providence is 32-47-8 all-time at home against BU and 21-59-10 on the road. In the last five visits to Agganis Arena, the Friars are 1-1-3 including a 5-0 win on Oct. 26, 2018.
• The last two wins for the Friars over BU have come via shutouts.

SCOUTING THE TERRIERS
• Boston University (2-2-3) enters the weekend at .500 after an 0-1-1 weekend in Orono against Maine last weekend. The Terriers are 1-1-1 on home ice this season.
• Seniors Patrick Curry (7-3-10) and Patrick Harper (4-5-9) lead the way in scoring for BU, while defenseman David Farrance follow up with eight points on three goals and five assists.
