Friar Lacrosse Alumni Game Set For Saturday, October 2

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Head Coach Chris Burdick and the Providence College lacrosse team will host the annual J. Gerald Alaimo Alumni game on Saturday, October 2, at the Friar Field Hockey and Lacrosse Complex.

Friar Head Coach Chris Burdick will get a look at the squad he plans on fielding in 2011, as they take on a team made up of former Providence lacrosse student-athletes. The game is named in honor of Gerry Alaimo, a former Providence College athletics administrator and Friar supporter.

The game is set for 4:00 p.m.
