PROVIDENCE, R.I. - It was announced by the Eastern College Athletic College (ECAC) on June 6 that Providence College softball's Emma Lee (Orange, Calif.) was named to the All-ECAC Second Team for the 2016 season.

Lee's terrific freshman campaign culminated in a program record .423 batting average, which led the entire BIG EAST Conference. Her 60 hits ranked second on the Friars and fourth in the BIG EAST while her .507 slugging percentage and .500 on-base percentage led the team. Starting in 46-of-47 games in right field, Lee recorded 43 putouts and a .940 fielding percentage.
